Y.S River

Y.S opened in 1993. It is a natural based attraction. There are many opportunity's to experience the beauty of each of the 7 waterfalls surrounded gardens and trees. Most of the exciting waterfalls lead into natural pools of water.

Reggae beach

Reggae beach is located in Ocho Rios, it offers the culture experience on the island. This experience includes reggae drummers , singers and acrobat arts.

Overall I the place that sounds most exciting to visit is Y.S river. I'd love to go sometime in my life .

sports

Jamaica's main sports are football also know as soccer in Canada. others sports are Cricket, Track&Field,Netball and Rugby

Football

Football is popular in Jamaica, it was introduced to the Jamaicans by the British. Football was said to have been introduced burring the end of the 19th century. Jamaica made its first team in 1893,during this time it was in competition with cricket.

I think football is a better sport and more well known sport then cricket. its played by almost everyone in Jamaica. every time i was in Jamaica they had something called ball ground where you go to watch, play soccer games on Sunday.

Cricket

cricket isn't just popular in Jamaica, its popular all over the Caribbean. Jamaica's home to one of the biggest and most famous cricket stadiums. many of the players in the west indies are not from Jamaica.George Headley was the legendary cricket player in the 1930's .
I've only played cricket once in Jamaica it isn't very fun and its a very confusing game without being on a field. I don't like it.

Rugby

Rugby is divided  into two. the first one is Rugby union and second one is Rugby langue. each of them are recognized as a independent  sport. The national team has a ranking of 84th from the international rugby board. the Jamaican team hasn't yet qualified for a Rugby cup. Jamaica played a game against Canada and beat them. currently they are ranked 25th worldwide. locally Rugby was gained much attention since its founding. They now have 11 clubs.

Before i started this research i didn't know that rugby was played in Jamaica.

Track & Field

"Jamaica has a power house when it comes to athletics"

Usain Bolt

Usain Boil is currently the record holder for both the 100m and 200m events, he's one of the most recognized world athletes in the world. Bolt may face competition in the events. he'll be sure to try his hardest to keep his tittle as the fastest man in history.

Yohan Blake

Yohan Blake was said to be the one to beat bolt. Yohan blake stunned the world when he beat Bolt in in the 100m at the Olympic trials. He than did it again when he beat bolt in the 200m, Hes the biggest danger claiming the gold at next years Olympics. Hes someone for everyone to watch.
